| Gary was born and raised in Santa Rosa CA and moved to
Maui full time in 1999. After graduating from Sonoma State University in
1972 and obtaining his CA Broker’s license in 1974 thus beginning his
real estate career. Owning several companies during the past 27 years he
has gained valuable experience in real estate sales & financing, land
planning & development accumulating over $350 million in sales. |

Since moving to Maui he has again obtained his broker’s license and
started Gary Cia Maui Realtors, LLC. Along with his wife TJ they have sold
over 18 million in property.

TJ joined Gary in the real estate business in 1983 as a sales agent. She
concentrated on new home sales and resale’s, selling over 300 homes in
Sonoma County during the eighties and nineties.
Together now they have created the Power of Two,
offering their clients over 50 years of combined experience. They are
able to meet with their clients, determine their needs, go to work for
them and accomplish the clients’ real estate dreams efficiently and
effectively.
To date they have sold over 30 homes in Puamana establishing new higher
prices. They are very active in the Puamana community belonging to
several committees. They live and work this area with much knowledge. |
